If you live in a listed property and wish to make changes you may need a Statement of Significance or a Heritage Impact Assessment to support your Planning Application. Kinman Conservation offers expert advice and knowledge of the legislative framework; rigorous research; tenacious analytic and interpretive skills; and a friendly and efficient service.
You will be provided with the necessary material and evidence in a comprehensive Report to optimise your chances of a straightforward Planning process, in order to realise your development aspirations.
Architectural Investigation – Bespoke Commissions
Many people who live in an older property enjoy the sense of being protagonists of one chapter, in a story of many. The history of the house over time, and those who lived there, is often a source of fascination to dwellers and visitors alike.
If you wish to celebrate the history and evolution of your home, Kinman Conservation can be commissioned to research and produce an evocative record of Your House through Time. This can be produced as a written report or published in a beautiful, bespoke coffee-table book. Each commission is unique.
